Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 22, 2026
This policy explains how Collective Epic LLC handles information in connection with Epic Fill, a review-first browser extension that helps a user inspect and prepare online application forms on a page the user chooses. It is a public policy for the extension and this information site; it does not describe a generally available production service.
Scope
Epic Fill performs form-assistance actions only after you open or invoke it for the current task. The extension does not automatically submit forms. You review proposed values and decide whether to submit any information to a website.
Information Epic Fill may handle
Depending on features you choose to use, the extension may handle:
- profile data and other values you supply or control for form preparation;
- authentication information where a feature you use requires it;
- website and form content from the selected page when you initiate a scan or fill flow; and
- an optional screenshot of the visible tab, only after you provide specific in-product consent.
Normal application snapshots and telemetry are designed to exclude sensitive fields, including passwords, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial or payment fields, criminal-history information, and related protected categories. This policy does not claim that an unshipped native vault is included in the Chrome Web Store package.
Collection and use
Epic Fill uses the information it handles only to provide the user-facing form-assistance features you request, secure the service, and respond to support you request. Collective Epic LLC does not sell personal data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested user-facing functionality, secure the service, comply with applicable law, or respond to a user-requested support matter.
Optional visible-tab screenshots
A visible-tab screenshot is optional. Epic Fill requests specific in-product consent before collecting one. If you do not give that consent, that optional screenshot is not collected through the feature.
Local storage
Epic Fill may store information locally in the browser to support the extension features you use. Local storage may include settings, profile information you provide, and task-related working state. You can remove extension data through your browser’s extension controls, subject to the browser’s own behavior.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled by Epic Fill. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed secure, so please use care when deciding what information to provide.
Retention and deletion requests
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the requested feature, secure the service, resolve support requests, or meet legal obligations. To ask about data held by Collective Epic LLC or request deletion, email admin@collectiveepic.com with enough information to identify the request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Epic Fill’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
