Product support and bug reports
For product questions, reproducible problems, or feedback about Epic Fill, open an issue in the public repository. Include the page type, what you expected, what happened, and only the minimum details needed to explain the problem. Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive information in an issue.
Privacy and data requests
For questions about the privacy policy or to make a data request, email admin@collectiveepic.com. That address is the contact route for policy questions and data requests.
What to expect
Epic Fill is designed for review-first form assistance. It does not submit forms. If a proposed value is unclear or incorrect, do not submit it; review and correct it yourself before choosing whether to continue with the website.
